Public Telephones

Standard payphones are available in all 4 passenger terminals. Specially designed telephones for wheelchair users and text keyboards for the hard of hearing are also available.

Facsimile

Throughout the 4 terminals there are wall mounted fax machines which take credit cards for easy payment.

World Wide Web and Email Access

Internet terminals are available throughout Heathrow Airport in cafes and dedicated web points. All operate a "pay as you go" service with access to the World Wide Web and email.

Postal Services

There are post boxes located after passport control in all 4 Heathrow Airport terminals with regular collections. You can also buy stamps from a range of shops throughout the terminals including WHSMITH and Booksplus.

Lost Baggage & Property

If you accidentally leave luggage or property on an aircraft or airline bus you must contact the airline operator directly.

Within 24 hours of losing an item of luggage in a terminal you should contact the appropriate information desk at the terminal in question or call (+44) (0) 870 0000 123.

After 24 hours your lost property will be automatically moved to the Heathrow Airport Lost Property Office. This is open 8am - 5pm, Mondays to Fridays and 8am - 4pm at the weekend and can be contacted on +44 (0)20 8745 7727.

Left Luggage

The Excess Baggage Company operates left luggage facilities in all 4 Heathrow Airport terminals allowing you to store security checked items. Offers daily rates from Ł4 per item along with lower price hourly options depending on your requirements.

Tourist Information Centres

For those visitors looking for further assistance with planning their stay in London there is an Official London Tourist board office located in terminals 1, 2 and 3.

Getting Help

Passenger help points are located throughout Heathrow Airport and feature handy "you are here" maps along with telephones which allow you to summon an airport porter.

The Business Centre

The Heathrow Business Centre is operated by Travelex and provides a vast range of business services in an exclusive conference environment.

The Stuggart Suite provides conference seating for up to 60 people with a fully automated media wall. Eighteen other rooms are also available and can be flexibly configured to suit your meeting requirements. Extensive catering options are available along with a fully licensed bar.

The Business Lounge offers a spacious environment with tea, coffee fruit juices, snacks, newspapers and satellite television available.

The Communications Centre provides access to the web, email and video conferencing along with traditional fax and telephone services. You can also recharge your mobile phone and make use of printers and photocopiers to prepare presentations before your flight.

Places of Worship
