All operate a "pay as you go" service with access to the World Wide Web and email.Postal ServicesThere are post boxes located after passport control in all 4 Heathrow Airport terminals with regular collections. You can also buy stamps from a range of shops throughout the terminals including WHSMITH and Booksplus.Lost Baggage & PropertyIf you accidentally leave luggage or property on an aircraft or airline bus you must contact the airline operator directly.Within 24 hours of losing an item of luggage in a terminal you should contact the appropriate information desk at the terminal in question or call (+44) (0) 870 0000 123. After 24 hours your lost property will be automatically moved to the Heathrow Airport Lost Property Office. Offers daily rates from £4 per item along with lower price hourly options depending on your requirements.Tourist Information CentresFor those visitors looking for further assistance with planning their stay in London there is an Official London Tourist board office located in terminals 1, 2 and 3.Getting HelpPassenger help points are located throughout Heathrow Airport and feature handy "you are here" maps along with telephones which allow you to summon an airport porter.The Business CentreThe Heathrow Business Centre is operated by Travelex and provides a vast range of business services in an exclusive conference environment.The Stuggart Suite provides conference seating for up to 60 people with a fully automated media wall. Eighteen other rooms are also available and can be flexibly configured to suit your meeting requirements. Extensive catering options are available along with a fully licensed bar.
